This group will offer a supportive environment for women participating in projects and workshops at Clean Break in the Summer Season.

The workshops will be lead by a qualified theatre practitioner and drama therapist. The first half of the morning will offer a group process session with guidance on self-care, and the second hour will provide a selection of participative workshops which will include yoga, voice and singing, dance and movement, writing and painting. A small number of workshops will be co-delivered by previous Members.

This course has been INVALUABLE for me. To start a course on a Monday of this kind is just perfect. The teaching has been really supportive
