Clean Break is delighted to welcome Trustee Sophie Rolf and Trustee and Treasurer Noa Bladon to our Board. Theatre director and facilitator Rania Jumaily has also renewed her trusteeship for another term.
Noa Bladon is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience working across a variety of industries and has been a partner at Counterculture since 2024.
After qualifying as an ACA at KPMG, Noa worked at EMI Music for 8 years, based first in London and then in Los Angeles. Back in London, a desire to use her skills and help others at the same time, resulted in a move to Amnesty international. Over the past 10 years, Noa has offered finance support to charities, arts organisations and small businesses, both as an associate of Counterculture and through her own consultancy business. She has also worked in the role of head of finance at London International festival of theatre since 2022.
Sophie Rolf is a Pro Bono Lawyer at Freshfields in London. She advises international NGOs and major charities, with a particular focus on international fair trial rights and NGO governance. Alongside managing international legal research and advocacy projects, Sophie maintains an active caseload supporting vulnerable and marginalised individuals. Before joining Freshfields, she worked in pro bono, litigation and transactional roles in Australia, including on refugee protection and broader access to justice initiatives.

I look forward to supporting its mission and learning from its members, staff and wider community.”
