How do Clean Break facilitators hold spaces safely when trauma responses show up?
Support Manager and Training Facilitator Tracey Anderson uses a helpful exercise to illustrate how you can work with a group safely when a trauma response presents itself.
A watched pot never boils, or does it? Watch Tracey use an analogy of a boiling pot to explain how as a facilitator you can support participants effectively and prevent the 'pot' from boiling over.
Of course, sometimes the pot will boil over and that's ok. Tracey shares advice on how to safely 'clean up' the spillage and move forward with your session.
