Support your wellbeing through singing.
Facilitator JB Rose takes us through a vocal exercise.
Using your voice is a brilliant way to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
Vocal exercises involve deep breathing techniques, which can help regulate your heart rate and relax your nervous system.
When we sing, endorphins are released which can elevate your mood. Singing is also a good way to practice using your voice and making sound, which helps boost confidence and self-worth.
JB Rose is a Facilitator who has been working with Clean Break for many years. She delivers vocal workshops in Women's Centres across London, and often comes to Clean Break to sing with our Members.
